Felix holds Distinction in Accounting from Auchi Polytechnic and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Benin. He is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN), Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN), and Information System Audit and Control Association (ISACA). He has over 21 years of practical working experience in public and private sectors of the economy. He has worked with Lucky Osawaru & Co. (Chartered Accountants), Nora Industries Group Limited, University of Benin, United Bank for Africa and All States Trust Bank Plc before joining Masters Energy Group in 2006. Felix was the pioneer Head of Audit & Control System of Masters Energy Group. He was the financial controller before being reassigned to his current position as Executive Director Operations. Mohammed Dimari Executive Director Upstream Business Development & Venture Capital. Mohammed Ali Dimari, holds a B.Sc. and an M.Sc. in Economics from the University of Maiduguri, Borno State. He started his career with the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) where he served in various positions and capacities such as Deputy Manager and subsequently, Manager Leadership Development Learning with Talent Management Department of NNPC, Group Human Resources Division (GHR) Corporate Headquarters, Coordinator, Chief Officers’ Management Development Program (COMDP), Chief Economist, Energy Industry Analysis, Corporate Planning & Strategy (CP&S), Acting Head, Joint Venture/Production sharing contracts, National Petroleum Investment Management Services (NAPIMS), Lagos Team Lead Records, Recruitment, Discipline and Appraisal (RRDA). During his 24 years career with Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), he chaired and co-chaired numerous disciplinary/fraud investigative committees constituted by NNPC Top Management over the years and has attended numerous Management, Leadership, Strategy, and Certification programs in-country and overseas. These include Certification program on International Petroleum Certificate Management Program, 7 habits of highly effective people, as well as four roles of leadership, organized by the Franklin Covey Organization, Utah, USA. Where he was awarded a certificate in Training in Design and delivery. He subsequently joined the services of Masters Energy Oil & Gas as ED, Upstream Services & Venture Capital Projects upon retiring from services of NNPC, after 24 years of service with the Corporation.
