Masters Energy adheres to high standards of business practice and is mindful of the impact of its activities on internal and external stakeholders as well as the environment.
We give the capacity building of our immediate environment top consideration and as such we continually train and retain the citizens of our host environments on vocations that make them employable not only in our host environment on vocations that make them employable not only in our operations but other operations. We provide employment opportunities via Masters Energy City, Port Harcourt, and Masters Energy Industrial City, Uturu to citizens of our local community. All these are to the benefit of the local community and Masters Energy.
